Hi, I'm Richard — the founder and lead massage therapist at Therapy by Richard, based in Canary Wharf. With over a decade of clinical experience, I specialise in deep tissue massage and sports therapy, helping clients relieve pain, restore movement, and improve their overall performance.

My approach is built upon International Elite-level performance
Prior to starting my massage therapy career I spent a decade as an international athlete representing Great Britain at World and European Championships, winning 2 European Gold Medals. Alongside training throughout my athletics career, I have received hundreds of hours of massage treatments giving me first-hand experience of its role in muscle recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention. My time as an athlete has given me a deep appreciation for the importance of fitness, overall wellness and recovery. This inspired me to become a certified massage therapist and qualified personal trainer in 2012.
