For everyone's wellbeing, if you are experiencing symptoms of contagious diseases, including cold and flu, please refrain from booking until you are fully recovered. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the schedule appointment time will incur the full cost of the treatment.

Please note due to standard security measures in Canary Wharf you must provide valid photo ID (physical copy or digital version on mobile device) to enter the building. You must book under your full name to be added as a visitor with Security. Failure to follow all of these steps will result in denied access and you will forfeit your session at full cost.
Unlike other massage therapy services we ensure you receive your full treatment time on the table. Please only arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled booking time and no earlier so as not to disturb other bookings. Please be considerate of other bookings when calling before your booking time.
